Falk & Ross Group is the European market leader in the B2B distribution of branded promotional textiles offering more than 50 well-known brands (e.g. Gildan). Falk & Ross serves more than 30,000 customers with products which are mainly used for workwear and promotional purposes. Since 2010 the group also offers private label products taking responsibility for their design and production. The company was founded in 1981 and its headquarters and central logistics centres are based in Sembach (Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany), Birmingham (UK) and Celra (Spain). Falk & Ross is represented in all major European markets via subsidiaries (some of which have their own warehouses). Almost one million orders are processed annually and delivered to their customers across Europe within 24 hours.
To support further growth of the company, Borromin acquired a majority stake in Falk & Ross group in June 2009. Together with the previous owner, Stephen Ross, who continued to be the CEO and a major shareholder in the group, Borromin has supported the group's regional expansion as well as the ongoing strategic development of the company and its personnel.
