Prior to joining Borromin, Martin worked for 15 years at a Frankfurt based private equity company, six years of which as a member of the executive board. He led the investment team for Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg and was responsible for more than 20 transaction (majorities, minorities, and mezzanine) in different industries. Martin stared his career in 1996 working as a business consultant.
Martin holds a degree in business administration (technical oriented) from the University of Stuttgart.

Martin joined Borromin in February 2015 where he is responsible for deal origination, execution of transactions and advisory investments. In addition he advises the firm's portfolio holdings in Little John Bikes, AES and Protect Medical group.
